Visual was formed by John Laithwaite following the sale of JLA to a private equity group in 2010 and his ultimate exit from the business in 2011.

With offices in London, New York and Shanghai, John was joined by a powerful team with diverse knowledge and business expertise.

Visual retained the world rights to the energy management technology surrounding Visual Energy together with a Chinese joint venture supplying commercial laundry equipment and proximity card systems.

Visual Energy main focus of operation is the North American continent where the diversified target market is made up of any commercial building ranging from multi housing units, apartments and universities, through to healthcare, hotels and leisure. In fact any building looking to eliminate wasted energy and reduce costs.
